Character

Casey Rodarmor

Casey Rodarmor is the creator of the Ordinals protocol, co-host of the Hell Money Podcast with Erin Redwing, and the champion of Maxi Madness 2026 — the tournament’s first title won by a podcast, over his own co-host in the final.

Maxi Madness

Casey came through the Pioneer region of the 2026 X bracket, surviving his two hardest tests against Nifty in the Sweet 16 and Adam Back. His campaign defined the content-to-win era: he promised voters a free “turbo flag” feature (“Casey came out, he looked hot, he smiled, and he said, listen, if you vote for me, I’m gonna turn on the turbo flag” — ep. 103 @ 27:45), deployed the ordinals “dog army,” and cashed in years of groundwork abroad: “I’ve taken so many selfies with Chinese fans, all playing the long game to win Maxi Madness. It’s all been leading up to this moment” (victory spaces @ 26:45). The final against Erin Redwing swung overnight when “Europe went to sleep and Asia woke up” — Adam Back alleged bots; the ruling was that Casey’s voters “simply took it seriously and left it on the court” (ep. 103 @ 23:44).

His victory speech hailed “a huge victory for the drowned downtrodden simps… The incels are gonna rise up” before pivoting: “I’m a dedicated feminist, and I actually endorsed Erin to win… it was only due to structural misogyny that she lost” (victory spaces @ 11:39). He pledged to frame the trophy — a hand-drawn Pepe, “nothing AI,” commissioned from Bitcoin Magazine’s Tommy — “and put it up on my wall. No joke,” then left his own victory Spaces to go to the gym. A reported stipulation of the win obliged Bitcoin Core to close the BIP-110 PR and reopen the ordinals BIP (victory spaces @ 1:00:55).

irl: Casey Rodarmor really created Ordinals and co-hosts Hell Money; the turbo flag, the dog army, and the BIP stipulation satirize live 2026-era Ordinals-vs-Knots politics.
