PSAM is characterized by its maximalist stance, heavy reliance on references, and focus on actionable, conviction-building material that counters fiat propaganda, regulatory FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt), and shitcoin distractions.

In the Bugleverse, PSAM is positioned as the official antidote to low-effort, drama-fueled content, serving as a tool for narrative sovereignty. It is not merely descriptive but prescriptive: PODCONF, the self-proclaimed arbiter of Bitcoin’s cultural war, mandates its adoption to unify the pleb army and accelerate adoption metrics like the M2 money supply exodus into sats.

Origin and PODCONF Directive

PSAM emerged on October 13, 2025, via a formal announcement from PODCONF, a Washington, D.C.-based entity styling itself as the “unyielding force behind Bitcoin’s narrative sovereignty.” The directive, issued “from the heart of the fiat swamp,” explicitly banned the term “Pleb Slop” (see below) and enshrined PSAM as the sole acceptable paradigm for Bitcoiner expression. This move was framed as a defensive strike against terms that caricature the community as a “circus of mindless memes and drama,” potentially aiding regulators and mainstream media in their mockery of Bitcoin’s ascent.
